Yes. After your initial term (3, 6 or 12 months) you can cancel with 30 days' notice. No auto-renewal traps, no early-exit penalties hidden in clause 14b. We tell you the term, you sign for the term - that's the whole deal.
Sacks and bins are sealed at your premises and transported in marked, locked vehicles to a secure destruction facility. Documents are cross-cut shredded and the resulting material is recycled. You get a certificate of destruction by email after every visit.
Yes - there's a one-off £100 refundable deposit per bin. It's returned in full when your service ends and the bin is collected back undamaged. If you choose 30L sacks instead of a console bin, no deposit is required.
Your scheduled collection still runs as normal - but if you've got nothing for us, just tell the driver and we'll come back next time. No charge for the extra visit, no awkward conversations.
