Common Questions
Do I get a certificate of destruction?
Yes — a certificate of destruction is included with every collection, one-off or regular.
Is there a contract?
No contract for one-off collections. Regular plans run for the term you choose (3, 6 or 12 months) with no auto-rollover into a more expensive plan.
How should I contain my waste?
Use your own bags or boxes to save us a drop-off, or order free sacks to fill. As a guide, one shopping carrier bag, one large black rubbish bag, or one A4 paper box each count as one sack.
What about deposits?
Sacks are free with no deposit. If you choose a lockable bin on a regular plan, there's a £50 refundable deposit per bin.
