Confidential waste collection is a secure, certified service for the disposal of documents and materials containing sensitive personal, financial or commercially confidential information. Rather than putting these documents in a general recycling bin, a lockable console is provided at your premises. We collect the contents and destroy them by industrial shredding to DIN 66399 standard, issuing a certificate of destruction as proof of compliant disposal.
We cover businesses across Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire. We regularly collect from Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Ferndown, Wimborne, Salisbury, Andover, Basingstoke, Southampton and surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether we cover your location, get in touch and we will confirm.
Simply contact us by phone or via our online quote form. We will recommend the right console size and collection frequency for your business and provide a transparent quote with no hidden fees. Once confirmed, we deliver your console and you are ready to go.
Yes. We work with sole traders, small businesses, large organisations and everything in between. We also serve public sector organisations including councils and healthcare providers. Whatever your size, we will put together a solution that fits your document volumes and budget.
We offer two console sizes – a 30L desktop console ideal for smaller offices and lower document volumes, and a 130L pro bin suited to higher-volume businesses and larger office environments. We will recommend the right option based on your business size and document throughput.
Collection frequency depends on your document volumes. We offer monthly, quarterly and one-off collections. Many businesses find quarterly collections sufficient, while higher-volume offices such as GP practices, law firms and accountants prefer monthly. We will advise on the right frequency when you get in touch.
No. Documents go straight into the console as they are. There is no need to remove staples, paperclips, elastic bands or plastic wallets – our industrial shredders handle all of these without any issues.
Just get in touch and we will arrange an additional collection. We can also review whether a larger console or more frequent collections would better suit your volumes going forward.
Yes. Many businesses place consoles in multiple locations – reception areas, individual offices, HR departments and so on. We will advise on the best setup for your premises.
Yes. We offer a separate hard drive and media destruction service for businesses that need to dispose of electronic storage devices securely. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Yes. Our service is designed to meet the requirements of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 at every stage. From the moment a document enters your locked console to the point of destruction and recycling, the chain of custody is maintained and fully documented.
Yes. Every collection comes with a certificate of destruction – your documented proof of GDPR-compliant disposal. This is essential for regulatory inspections, ICO audits and internal compliance records.
All documents are destroyed to DIN 66399 standard – the internationally recognised benchmark for secure document destruction. This ensures documents are shredded beyond any possibility of reconstruction or recovery.
Yes. All our collection staff are vetted and uniformed. They handle your documents with complete discretion and professionalism at every visit.
Yes. We work with healthcare providers, solicitors, law firms and other regulated businesses that handle highly sensitive data. All documents are treated with the same level of security regardless of their content.

No. We offer flexible arrangements with no lengthy tie-in periods. We want to earn your business through reliable service, not lock you in.

Any document containing personal, financial or commercially sensitive information. This includes customer and client records, invoices, HR and personnel files, legal correspondence, medical records, contracts, bank statements, tax documents and any paperwork you would not want to end up in the wrong hands.
Our standard service covers paper documents. For other materials including hard drives, USB drives and electronic media, please ask about our media destruction service.
All shredded material is baled and sent for secure recycling. Nothing leaves the destruction chain intact. You receive a certificate of destruction confirming the entire process is complete and compliant.
