Do I get a certificate of destruction?
Yes — a certificate of destruction is included with every collection, one-off or regular.
Do I need to be a business?
Not at all — one-off collections are perfect for homes, home offices and personal paperwork. There's no contract and no minimum; just book the amount you have.
How should I contain my waste?
Use your own bags or boxes to save us a drop-off, or order free sacks to fill. As a guide, one shopping carrier bag, one large black rubbish bag, or one A4 paper box each count as one sack.
What about deposits?
Sacks are free with no deposit. If you choose a lockable bin on a regular plan, there's a £50 refundable deposit per bin.
Is the service environmentally friendly?
Yes — we run collections across a range of our own service vehicles and our sister company's fleet, sharing journeys wherever we can to keep every collection as low-impact as possible.
