Before your first collection, we deliver free tamper-evident security sacks to your address. These are the bags you fill with your confidential documents — they are provided free and included in the cost of every plan and every one-off collection.
Place your confidential documents into the sack. No preparation is required — no need to remove staples, paper clips, elastic bands, binders or folders. Everything goes in together. When the sack is full or your collection date is approaching, seal the tamper-evident closure.
On your agreed collection date, we arrive and collect your sealed sacks or empty your bin. For scheduled plans, this happens automatically — the same date each month or fortnight, without you needing to do anything. For one-off collections, we confirm the specific time in advance.
All collected documents are transported securely to our certified destruction facility and destroyed. Your certificate of destruction is then issued and sent to you — automatically, without you having to request it. This is your documented proof of GDPR-compliant disposal.
